The shaker door is a plain frame around a recessed panel. It is one of the most sought-after kitchen styles because it suits a period cottage and a new-build extension equally well.
Because it is so simple, the quality shows. Our shaker cabinets are made in our own workshop, finished in the paint colour you pick, and can be paired with tongue-and-groove panelling for a fully traditional look.
Most of our kitchens fall between £25,000 and £35,000, including cabinetry, worktops and installation. You will know where yours sits after the design consultation, before you commit to anything.

How much does a shaker kitchen cost?
Most of our kitchens fall between £25,000 and £35,000, including cabinetry, worktops and installation. You will know where yours sits after the design consultation, before you commit to anything.
Is the design consultation really free?
Yes. It takes about an hour, at your home or in our Guildford showroom, and there is no obligation. If you decide to go ahead with the design, there is a £350 design retainer, which is deducted from your order.
Do you make the kitchens yourselves?
Yes. Our workshop is connected to our showroom at Artington Manor Farm, and the cabinets are made there. Our own fitters install them.
Which areas do you cover?
Guildford, Godalming, Farnham, Shalford, Haslemere, Woking, Esher and the surrounding Surrey villages.
Will I see the kitchen before it is made?
Yes. We draw it up with 3D visuals, so you can see the layout and finishes before anything goes into production.
Can I choose any paint colour?
We work with Farrow & Ball and Little Greene paints. Bring a colour you already love and we will build the design around it.
